Delivery Information

Free Postage on orders over £50.

 **Please note, delivery between 24th July to 4th August may take up to 10 working days.

We only use 100% recyclable packaging including tape and labels. 

We only deliver to UK mainland destinations. All parcels will be delivered using Royal Mail.

Where standard delivery has been opted for the Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 3-5 working days. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for orders under £50.00.  Delivery is free for orders over £50.00.

 Where special delivery has been opted for the Royal Mail guarantee delivery before 1pm on the next working day from when the parcel was posted.  Our special delivery charge is £8.95.

This guarantee does not apply if:
 

• They were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign 
• The delivery address is in an area of the UK where they do not guarantee next day delivery
• They do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for  redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply 

Therefore, if you have chosen this option and your parcel does not arrive please contact us and we will look to obtain a refund for your postage costs.

Please note that when you choose this option you are notified that you must place the order prior to noon in order for it to be delivered the next working day. All orders received after noon will be delivered two working days after.

 NB.  TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS YOU MUST ORDER BY FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2010.
